1. Definition and process
Process: Through Honing processing, the inner wall is micro-cut with a grinding stone to remove burres and correct the geometry to form a cross-grained structure.
Features: Low inner wall roughness (usually Ra 0.1~0.4μm), high straightness, good roundness, suitable for close coordination with seals.

2. Main use
Hydraulic system: hydraulic cylinder (such as excavator, injection molding machine) to reduce friction and prevent leakage.
Pneumatic system: high precision cylinder (automation equipment, robot arm).
Industrial equipment: injection molding machine, die casting machine, machine guide rail, need to withstand high pressure, wear resistance scene.
Special fields: Precision moving parts in aerospace and military equipment.

3. Common materials
Carbon steel (e.g. ST52, SAE 1020/1045)
Features: economical and practical, moderate strength.
Uses: General hydraulic system, construction machinery.
